Compare what the proposals actually include.
Compare two or three written proposals by topic. Read the original excerpts, mark what each proposal includes and generate questions for anything unclear. No contractor ranking, legal assessment or structural diagnosis.
Paste proposal text or open UTF-8 .txt files, up to 100 KB each. PDFs and photos are not read directly in this text edition. This is a keyword-assisted review, not an AI interpretation: a mention never proves that work is included.

Review the evidence, then confirm the scope
Read across each row. All decisions start as Not reviewed. Mark Included, Excluded, Extra cost or Unclear only after checking the whole proposal. No keyword match means “not located”, not “absent”. On small screens, swipe the comparison table sideways.
Questions to clarify in writing
Method, limitations and privacy
Fixed keyword rules locate up to three excerpts per topic. Each excerpt shows its source line number; longer lines are clipped around the keyword. Wording can be missed, refer to an exclusion or contradict another clause. Always read the full proposal. Different wording does not by itself mean different scope, and matching wording does not establish equivalent work.
Only your manual choices determine the scope comparison. Included in one quote and Excluded or Extra cost in another is shown as a difference to resolve, not evidence that one contractor is better. Unknown items remain unknown. This does not validate qualifications, licenses, legal compliance or repair necessity.
Proposal text and totals stay in this page's memory; no document content is sent to a server or intentionally saved to browser storage. Browser form-restoration features are outside the tool's control. The existing page counter receives no proposal text, amounts or decisions. Clear the workspace after use and protect exported reports. PDFs with selectable text can be copied here; scanned documents need separate transcription.
